OUR LEADERSHIP
Our leadership team is made up of four groups:
Ministry Staff, Servant Leadership Team, Ministry Coordinators & Co-workers.
MINISTRY STAFF

DARON & MEL CROTHERS
Senior Team Leaders
Daron & Mel have been married for 21years and have two children, Tayah and Joel. They have been serving in ministry since 2002 and have been the Senior Team Leaders of Lifestreams Karawara since its inception. They are passionate about worship, building community and mission here and everywhere. We desire that more and more people follow Jesus.

BRIAN DURAND
Team Leader Lifestreams Bentley
Brian serves as the Team Leader of Lifestreams Bentley, a Church that reaches staff and students at Curtin University. In this role Brian enjoys interacting with a wide range of people with diverse backgrounds and beliefs. Whether you have faith or just have questions, Brian is keen to help you discover more about Jesus and how following Him is the best decision you will ever make.
SERVANT LEADERSHIP TEAM
These people are Christ-like, gifted people who are called and appointed by the Church to provide oversight and governance of the Church. They meet the qualifications of an overseer based on 1Timothy 3 and Titus 1. The Team Leader and Staff are appointed by and accountable to the Servant Leadership Team.
MINISTRY COORDINATORS
These people are appointed by the Team Leader on the basis of their maturity, spiritual giftedness and experience. They meet the qualifications of a deacon as revealed in 1Timothy 3:8-13. We are privileged to have these people serving in a variety of ministries including: children, discipleship, finance, hospitality, mission, pastoral care, prayer, youth and worship.
LIFESTREAMS'Â
CO-WORKERS
There are many instances in the Scriptures where Paul uses the term ‘co-workers’ who are self-funded leaders who sacrificially serve the mission (see Romans 16:3, Philippians 2:25, Philemon 1:24). Co-workers are appointed by the Team Leader and we are especially blessed to have these people serving in the life of our Lifestreams' churches.
